Food Pantry

The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell, located in Billerica, MA, is dedicated to providing emergency food assistance and nutritious groceries to individuals and families struggling with food insecurity in the Greater Lowell area. We are here to support everyone in need, regardless of their background, and offer our help without discrimination. Our clients can receive a standard order of food every 30 days, along with the option for up to four emergency food orders within a year. We encourage anyone facing food challenges—whether or not you have the necessary documentation—to visit us so we can connect you with vital resources and provide immediate assistance. Our pantry is open to serve you on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and again from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. In these challenging times, we prioritize your safety by welcoming visitors at the 200 Central St. entrance, while those who require assistance after intake will be served via the 13 Hurd St. entrance. If you’re unable to come in, feel free to have someone pick up food on your behalf with a note of permission. At The Open Pantry, we are committed to making sure you have access to the food and support you need.
