In Belmont, MA, the Victory Program's Boston Living Center (BLC) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals living with HIV/AIDS by offering a warm and welcoming community resource. Our mission is to support the evolving needs of the HIV/AIDS community through vital programs, education, and comprehensive support services. At BLC, we foster a safe, drug-free, and culturally diverse environment where membership is free and open to anyone affected by HIV/AIDS.
