Renee Outland

Renee Outland is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with an OTD and OTR/L credential, who adopts an integrative, experiential, and relational approach to therapy. She partners with individuals to support their journeys toward growth, healing, and connection in aspects of life that are meaningful to them—whether in their relationship with themselves, with others, or in their engagement with work, play, and rest. Renee is deeply committed to celebrating neurodiversity and advocates for dismantling systems that marginalize people, which informs her interactions both inside and outside the therapy setting. She specializes in assisting clients who face challenges such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and a range of eating disorders, including ARFID and rumination syndrome. In her therapeutic practice, she cultivates a space imbued with compassion, curiosity, safety, humor, openness, and warmth. Her diverse approach incorporates practical activities, such as cooking and grocery shopping, alongside expressive modalities, including music, creative arts, and movement. Whenever possible, Renee integrates meaningful activities from her clients' lives into the therapeutic process to enhance connection and healing.
