Her strengths-based treatment approach, combined with skills-based training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mentalization, and motivational interviewing, empowers clients to achieve their goals. Michelle believes in the importance of building and nurturing the therapeutic relationship, as it is essential for recovery.
