Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

In Zachary, LA, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to fostering healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children aged birth to five. Our mission is to provide essential supplemental foods rich in vital nutrients that support growth and development, alongside valuable nutrition education aimed at enhancing dietary practices and overall health. We offer compassionate support for breastfeeding, along with referrals to other necessary health services. We invite eligible families to visit our clinic to enroll in WIC and receive the support they need to thrive.
