Women, Infants, & Children Program

The Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) Program in Westwego, LA, is dedicated to supporting the nutritional needs of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance and nutrition education that promotes healthy growth and development. We offer a variety of nutritious foods, including infant formula, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-sugar cereals, alongside breastfeeding promotion and support services.
