Located in Westwego, LA, CORE is dedicated to supporting families in the restaurant industry who are facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. We provide essential financial assistance aimed at easing the burden during challenging times, covering critical expenses such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, and medical bills. In addition, our support extends to funeral costs, therapy, hospital-related expenses, and essential child needs like diapers and formula. Our program also includes assistance with childcare costs to ensure that families can focus on recovery and care. Former grant recipients may reapply for assistance after a 12-month period, with a lifetime limit of $7,500 for each family.
