Led by La Leche League Leaders, these gatherings foster mother-to-mother connections where participants can exchange experiences and gain practical suggestions on breastfeeding and parenting. The program emphasizes essential topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing to bring your baby home, navigating common challenges, and nutrition and weaning. While in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the pandemic, mothers are encouraged to reach out to local leaders for support and alternative virtual meeting options.
