MOVE! Weight Management Program

At MOVE! Weight Management Program in West Monroe, LA, our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. We are dedicated to screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and providing specialized referrals to fit their individual needs. Our diverse care options include interactive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service, allowing Veterans to manage their weight from home with clinician support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers personalized weight management tools. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through traditional methods.
