EF&S Program

The EF&S Program, proudly offered by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, serves families in Walker, LA, by providing vital assistance with food, housing, and utility expenses in West Feliciana Parish. Our mission is to alleviate hardship and improve the well-being of those in need by offering emergency food support, housing assistance, and utility payment help. While we primarily focus on West Feliciana Parish, limited services are available in neighboring areas.
