Diabetes HELP

Diabetes HELP is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Louisiana Medicaid recipients living with diabetes in Tallulah, LA. Through our comprehensive diabetes self-management education program, we provide essential support and resources that empower individuals to take charge of their health. Participants engage in interactive group sessions where they learn vital skills, from nutrition and physical activity to recognizing blood sugar symptoms and understanding long-term health implications.
