Located in Tallulah, LA, CORE is dedicated to providing vital financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry who face financial strain due to illness or medical emergencies. Our program supports food and beverage service employees by covering essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy, and childcare costs. We understand the challenges that come with unexpected hardships, which is why we also provide aid for funeral expenses, hospital-related travel, and the needs of children like diapers and formula. Former grant recipients can reapply after 12 months for assistance that could cover the same chronic condition or a new qualifying circumstance, up to a lifetime limit of $7,500. CORE is committed to helping restaurant workers and their families find relief in their times of need.
