Breastfeeding Support Group

Located in Sulphur, LA, the Breastfeeding Support Group offers a welcoming space for expectant, new, and experienced mothers to come together and share their journeys. With the guidance of La Leche League Leaders, participants engage in meaningful discussions about the benefits of breastfeeding, bringing baby home, avoiding challenges, and nutrition and weaning. This supportive program fosters mother-to-mother connections, providing essential encouragement and practical advice. While in-person meetings are currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, alternative support options are available through local leaders.
