Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting survivors of any cancer diagnosis in Slidell, LA, who have completed their treatment. Our evidence-based program is designed specifically for those who have finished treatment in the past 24 months, although we welcome all cancer survivors seeking guidance at any stage of their journey. We provide essential services including nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management resources to help individuals thrive in their survivorship.
