She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Business from Texas A&M University-Commerce and completed her Master’s in Social Work at Stephen F. Austin State University School of Social Work, gaining proficiency in diverse therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Positive Psychology, and EMDR. Her comprehensive approach combines her training with her genuine desire to create a safe and nurturing environment for healing and growth.
