St Lukes Episcopal Mobile Medical Ministry is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved communities in Shreveport, LA, and surrounding parishes, including Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Desoto, and Claiborne. Through our mobile services, we provide free preventive health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, and breast health, along with basic health services and medical referrals. Our commitment extends to offering vital health education in nutrition, exercise, tobacco and alcohol cessation, medication management, and disease management. With a focus on accessible and compassionate care, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health and make informed decisions for a healthier future.
