Based in Shreveport, LA, CORE is dedicated to providing critical financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry who are facing hardships due to illness or medical emergencies. We aim to ease the burdens of those in our community by offering support for essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, and childcare costs. Our mission is to uplift food and beverage service employees with children who are navigating tough times, ensuring that their basic needs are met. CORE grants enable recipients to access up to $7,500 in assistance throughout their lifetime, allowing them to reapply for support after 12 months if faced with continued challenges. We believe in nurturing resilience and providing a lifeline to those in need.
