In Scott, LA, AcadianaCares is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of our community, including those impacted by HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, poverty, and homelessness. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives through comprehensive support services, including substance abuse treatment, housing, and personalized case management. We believe in the importance of good nutrition, especially for those facing significant health challenges, which is why we proudly operate an onsite food bank in partnership with Second Harvest. This food assistance program complements our other nutrition initiatives, providing essential emergency food and resources for our clients.
