Food for Families / Food for Seniors

Located in Saint Francisville, LA, Food for Families / Food for Seniors is dedicated to addressing food insecurity among seniors through the provision of essential food assistance. Operated by Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans, our program offers nutritious, monthly food boxes filled with vital staple items such as canned meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products. We also empower seniors by providing nutritional education that includes easy recipes, tips for managing food budgets, and guidance on maintaining a healthy diet. Each food box is thoughtfully designed to meet dietary needs and includes nutrient-rich options like cereal, pasta, and non-fat dry milk.
