Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Saint Amant, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our program offers vital food assistance through nutrient-rich supplemental foods tailored for growth and development, alongside comprehensive nutrition education aimed at fostering healthier dietary habits. WIC is also committed to supporting breastfeeding with the resources and encouragement needed for success while connecting families to additional health services for their overall well-being.
