Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in Rayville, LA, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children from birth to five years of age. Our mission is to foster healthy food habits through the provision of nutrient-rich supplemental foods essential for growth and development. Additionally, we offer invaluable nutrition education that enhances dietary practices and overall health. We are committed to providing information, support, and encouragement for breastfeeding, as well as referrals to other critical health services, ensuring families have the resources they need to thrive.
