At AcadianaCares, located in Rayne, LA, we are dedicated to uplifting the most vulnerable members of our community, including those impacted by HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, poverty, and homelessness. Our mission is to foster healthier lives through a comprehensive approach that includes substance abuse treatment, housing solutions, and personalized case management. We also strive to connect our clients with vital external resources for financial, medical, and social support. Recognizing the significance of good nutrition, especially for those facing the challenges of HIV/AIDS or homelessness, AcadianaCares collaborates with Second Harvest to offer an onsite food bank, enhancing our emergency food assistance efforts. We invite current clients to reach out to their case managers for details on accessing the food pantry, while prospective clients can inquire about our services to begin their journey towards better health and stability.
