Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Located in Pineville, LA, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthier food choices and lifestyles for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers vital resources, including nutrient-rich supplemental foods to support growth and development, nutrition education aimed at enhancing diet and wellness, valuable breastfeeding support and information, as well as referrals to additional health services.
