PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund

The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) in Pineville, LA, by providing essential financial assistance for medical travel. Each patient can receive up to $800 annually to help them reach a PNH specialist or obtain a second opinion, ensuring they have access to the care they need. Our program covers a wide range of travel-related expenses, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for doctor visits or necessary medical tests that may not be covered by insurance. We understand how crucial it is for patients to have a companion during these journeys, which is why we proudly allow grantees to travel with one companion using grant funds. Together, we strive to make traveling for vital medical care more accessible and affordable for PNH patients across the United States.
