MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Pearl River, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through effective obesity management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with a personalized approach to weight management. We offer a variety of services tailored to individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which delivers support directly to your home. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or explore medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if lifestyle changes alone are insufficient.
