Cancer Transitions

Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program located in Pearl River, LA, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment, particularly within the last 24 months. However, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey, recognizing the ongoing needs that arise after a cancer diagnosis. Our evidence-based approach focuses on providing essential support in several key areas including nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional well-being resources, and medical management education. We aim to empower survivors with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive and reclaim their lives after cancer, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants.
