Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Teche Action Board, Inc. is dedicated to empowering families in Patterson, LA through the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, providing essential food assistance and nutrition education tailored for new mothers and their young children. Our mission is to support families by offering access to supplemental foods, promoting breastfeeding, and providing vital referrals for medical and community resources. If you are a caregiver of children up to age five or are enrolled in Louisiana Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, LA CHIP, or LA MOMS, you may already qualify for this impactful program. We welcome all families seeking nutritional support and guidance to enhance their well-being and health.
