Parents As Teachers - Region 9A MIECHV, located in Patterson, Louisiana, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of pregnant women and families with young children through its no-cost, voluntary home visiting program. As part of the Louisiana Department of Health's Bureau of Family Health, our mission is to empower families by providing professional guidance and support tailored to their unique circumstances.
