Janell Kalifey is a licensed clinical social worker with an impressive 25 years of experience in the field. She specializes in working with both adults and young adults who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, sexuality, relationship dynamics, and stress management. With a particular emphasis on athlete mental health and sports performance, Janell employs an eclectic and integrative therapy approach tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Her therapeutic practices include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic therapy, allowing her to address both conscious and unconscious conflicts that may hinder happiness.
