Food Pantry

Sankofa is dedicated to enhancing food security in New Orleans, LA, by providing essential food assistance and nutrition education to families and individuals in need. Our food pantry offers fresh, wholesome food to meet the nutritional requirements of our community, ensuring that no one faces hunger alone. We invite residents to access our services on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. To benefit from our emergency food supplies, please complete an application form and submit it either in person at our office or via email prior to your visit. We are here to support you during our office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on other weekdays.
