Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Natchitoches, LA, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals provide a nurturing environment where participants can eat alongside others while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals can easily integrate our meal support into their daily routines. We believe in fostering a safe space for healing and nutrition, allowing participants to attend as many sessions as needed to support their recovery journey.
