Located in Metairie, LA, Health Services and Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships built on trust and open communication with our community. We provide a comprehensive range of health services that cater to individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors, ensuring that every family member receives the care they need. Our Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program specifically supports low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old, by offering vital supplemental foods rich in essential nutrients, nutrition education, and support for breastfeeding. Additionally, we facilitate referrals to other health services while addressing general health needs, including family planning, high-risk nutrition, immunizations, tuberculosis testing, and COVID-19 services.
