Located in Metairie, LA, Jefferson Community Action Programs (JEFFCAP) is dedicated to providing food assistance to low-income individuals and families in need. Our Community Centers adopt a holistic 'wrap-around' model designed to strengthen families and enhance community well-being. Each month, we deliver nutritious food boxes to help support those facing food insecurity.
