Diabetes Management Center

Located in Metairie, LA, the Diabetes Management Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluation and education for individuals living with diabetes. Our mission is to empower patients to effectively manage their condition through a variety of resources, including individual and group education sessions. We offer specialized classes such as Diabetes Dynamics and Diabetes Basics, alongside community health fairs, to enhance understanding and skills in diabetes management, nutrition, foot care, and exercise. Our free Diabetes Support Group meets monthly, creating a welcoming space for individuals to share experiences and support one another in their health journeys. We invite new members to join us in fostering a community focused on successful diabetes management.
