Diabetes HELP

Diabetes HELP in Marksville, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Louisiana Medicaid recipients living with diabetes. Our program offers essential education and support through a diabetes self-management education initiative that fosters collaboration among patients, pharmacists, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
