Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in Luling, LA, is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to the age of five. Our mission is to ensure families have access to supplemental foods rich in essential nutrients, while also providing nutrition education that empowers individuals to make informed dietary choices. WIC offers vital support for breastfeeding mothers and can connect families to additional health services. If you are already participating in programs such as Louisiana Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, LA CHIP, or LA MOMS, you easily qualify for our services. We welcome all caregivers of young children to join us in prioritizing health and nutrition.
