EF&S Program

The EF&S Program, a vital initiative of the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, is dedicated to supporting eligible families in Livingston, LA, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide essential assistance with rent, utilities, and emergency food needs, actively working to alleviate hardships faced by families in West Feliciana Parish. Through our services, we help ensure households can meet their basic necessities without the burden of financial strain. While our primary focus is on West Feliciana, limited assistance is also available in neighboring parishes, and we encourage families to reach out to their local office to explore available support.
