In Leesville, LA, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and young children up to five years old. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of families by providing access to nutrient-rich supplemental foods essential for healthy growth and development. We offer comprehensive nutrition education to empower clients to make informed dietary choices and cultivate lifelong healthy habits. WIC is also committed to supporting breastfeeding mothers with valuable resources and referrals to additional health services.
