OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Leesville, LA, as they courageously navigate their way through ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential assistance through a financial support package tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients. Each participant may receive a $200 financial grant along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden during this challenging time. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling via phone with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions to empower our participants with valuable information. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order they are received, based on available funding. Our commitment to celebrating the strength and resilience of these incredible women is at the heart of everything we do.
