Located in Lacombe, LA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to empowering individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families through essential support services. At PWSA, we understand the unique challenges faced by those navigating this diagnosis, and our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information and compassionate assistance during this critical time. Our program offers vital resources including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management strategies, and guidance with the Medicaid application process, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
