Based in La Place, LA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team is here to offer reliable information, guidance, and comprehensive resources right at the moment of diagnosis. We specialize in parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning tailored to the unique needs of those affected. Additionally, we provide behavior management support and assistance with navigating the complexities of Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application processes.
