Women, Infants, & Children Program

The Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) Program in Kenner, LA, is dedicated to ensuring the health and wellness of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five years old. Through our Special Supplemental Nutrition Program, we provide essential food assistance that includes nutritious options such as infant formula, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and dairy products. Alongside food distribution, we offer valuable nutrition education and breastfeeding support, all while connecting families to additional health and social services. Our mission is to empower families with the resources they need for a healthy start in life, fostering better nutrition and overall well-being for our community’s youngest members.
