Diabetes Management Center

Located in Kenner, LA, the Diabetes Management Center is dedicated to empowering individuals living with diabetes through comprehensive evaluation, education, and support. We provide tailored diabetes management programs that include individual consultations and engaging group sessions such as Diabetes Dynamics classes and Diabetes Basics. Our objectives are to equip patients with essential skills in nutrition, foot care, and exercise goal setting, fostering a community of shared knowledge and motivation. We also host monthly Diabetes Support Group meetings, where participants connect and encourage each other towards effective diabetes management.
