Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

At the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in Keithville, Louisiana, we are dedicated to fostering healthy eating habits for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to empower families by providing access to nutritious supplemental foods that support crucial growth and development, along with comprehensive nutrition education to promote healthier dietary practices. We also offer essential support for breastfeeding, as well as referrals to additional health services to ensure overall well-being.
