Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Located in Keithville, LA, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to encourage healthy food habits and provide essential resources, including nutritious supplemental foods that promote growth and development. We offer valuable nutrition education to help families improve their dietary practices, alongside support and information for breastfeeding. WIC also connects participants with referrals for additional health services to ensure comprehensive care. We welcome you to bring each individual applying for WIC to your appointment at our clinic, as we strive to empower families with the tools they need for a healthy future.
