Located in Keithville, LA, the Diabetes & Nutrition Center is dedicated to providing exceptional diabetes self-management education and empowering individuals to take control of their health. As the first program in the Shreveport-Bossier area recognized by the American Diabetes Association, our talented team of Certified Diabetes Educators offers comprehensive resources, including specialized insulin pump training, gestational diabetes management, and intensive insulin therapy. We also promote medical nutrition therapy through our registered dietitians, focusing on weight management and reducing the risk of chronic diseases like cardiovascular conditions and hypertension. Our diabetes self-management training is accessible through physician referral, as we are committed to supporting our community with effective, evidence-based approaches to health and wellness.
