Family Support

Based in Jonesboro, LA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to empowering individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team offers vital resources including accurate information, parent-to-parent mentoring, nutritional education, and tailored meal planning. We understand the unique challenges families face, which is why we also provide behavior management support and guidance with Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application processes. We invite families to connect with us through our local chapters or by joining our supportive online communities for ongoing guidance and assistance.
