Located in Jennings, LA, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed to support cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. While primarily focused on those who have finished their journey in the last 24 months, our resources are available to any survivor looking to enhance their well-being at any stage of survivorship. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional guidance, tailored exercise plans, emotional health education, and support for medical management. Our mission is to empower survivors with the tools necessary for thriving after cancer, fostering a community of healing and resilience.
