Senior Services

Senior Services, part of the Cajun Area Agency on Aging Inc. in Jeanerette, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors across eight parishes, including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. Our mission focuses on providing essential services, including nutritious congregate and home-delivered meals for the homebound and frail elder population. We offer assistance through homemaker services, in-home respite for caregivers, and legal aid to ensure the rights of the elderly are upheld. Our dedicated team also supports recreational activities that foster socializing, provides transportation to senior centers and medical appointments, and conducts wellness programs aimed at improving both mental and physical health. We are here to uplift and care for our senior community, ensuring they receive the support and respect they deserve.
