Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Jeanerette, LA, is dedicated to supporting individuals who have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by providing crucial education and resources over a comprehensive 12-month period at no cost. Offered in both English and Spanish, the program includes six informative e-booklets designed to help participants navigate their diagnosis with accessible content tailored to their needs.
